As a made-to-order manufacturer, Elite HTS schedules production within defined build windows. Early coordination helps ensure specifications are finalized in alignment with project timelines and available capacity.

To start the process, send us a request for a dealer application through our Contact page. We can usually process a new application within 24 hours.
Handcrafted timelines average 12–16 weeks depending on the season and production window. We provide specific delivery dates once your project is scheduled.
We can occasionaly accomodate a rush order depending on our current order pipeline and complexity
Yes. Since we are the manufacturer, many of our clients specify COM (Customers Own Material).
Yes, any of our theater chair styles/models can be modified and converted into a chaise or sectional configuration.
Yes, depending on your area, in-home setup is offered however there is a surcharge for this service, and delivery time is longer usually because of logistical planning and coordination as opposed to standard driveway delivery.
