Heavy-Duty Frame
The base of every Elite chair is hollowed from a single solid block of wood, eliminating fitted joints and weak connection points. This method creates rigid strong arms, and a stable foundation that supports the chair’s structure and longevity over time.
Art of Tailoring
Upholstery materials are precisely cut and sewn by skilled artisans, with careful attention paid to stitch alignment, seam placement, and tension. Each panel is prepared to ensure a consistent fit and refined finish once upholstered.

Upholstery & Detailing
During upholstery, materials are carefully wrapped, tensioned, and finished to preserve both comfort and form. Details such as stitching, piping, and trim are executed by hand to maintain visual consistency across every chair.
Assembly & Quality Review
Final assembly brings together structural, mechanical, and upholstered components into a finished chair. Each piece undergoes a detailed quality review before leaving production, ensuring proper alignment, operation, and finish.

Crafted in Limited Quantities
Because each chair is handcrafted, Elite HTS accepts a limited number of projects within defined production windows. This approach allows our team to maintain quality standards and consistency without compromising the build process.
